Important: This Agreement is in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information at registration and keep that information current. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details — including a false name, date of birth, address or contact information — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not register or use the Platform if doing so contravenes any law applicable to you, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 in Pakistan. ppk888 makes no warranty that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify ppk888 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
ppk888 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, the Platform requires all Users to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

Submission of KYC documents does not guarantee approval. ppk888 reserves the right to request additional documentation or to decline verification at its reasonable discretion. All documents are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You may fund your Account using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfer and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as context. These references do not constitute an endorsement of online gambling by any named provider, nor do they guarantee that any specific provider currently supports or permits gambling-related transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, applicable transaction fees and processing windows are published in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. Deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name.

Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Sports markets — including cricket markets covering PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other competitions — are settled in accordance with the Platform's published sports-betting rules. Settlement is based on official results declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, the governing body's official declaration shall be final.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. ppk888 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets placed after an event's outcome has become known — whether due to connectivity issues, delay or any other reason — may be voided.
In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction or incorrect pricing, ppk888 reserves the right to void affected transactions. Users are not entitled to profit from such errors. All such voids will be notified to the affected Users within a reasonable timeframe.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
All content, software, design, graphics, trade marks, brand names and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the Platform are the property of ppk888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without prior written consent from ppk888.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppk888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:
Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by ppk888's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
Gambling involves financial risk. ppk888 is not responsible for financial losses incurred through wagering. Always play within your means and set strict budget limits before you begin.

Upon closure of a verified Account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Your personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with ppk888's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
ppk888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. KYC documentation is retained for the periods required by applicable AML obligations and deleted thereafter in accordance with the data retention schedule set out in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppk888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body specified in the applicable operator's licence conditions.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law. Users located in Pakistan should note that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation may affect their legal position independently of this Agreement. Where a material change is made, Users will be notified via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect, where practicable.
